Green Meadow Lane reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our Web Site.

For this reason, we ask that you not send us any comments that you do not wish to assign to us, including any confidential information or any original creative materials such as stories, product ideas, computer code or original artwork.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards, eChecks and PayPal funds. All credit card and personal information is transmitted securely using SSL encryption and is transacted via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via credit card.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes. Please contact Customer Service for additional information.
PROJECT TIME FRAME
Everything that we sell is hand painted and made especially for you. We pride ourselves as being one of the few artists online that offer hand-painted items as most of our fellow artists offer prints due to the amount of time hand-painted items take. It is because of this overflow of orders we now receive that our time-frame can change very quickly and can last as long as 18 weeks depending on the time of year. All orders are placed on our Open Projects List once the payment process has been complete.
- The time-frame also depends on the amount of Rush Orders placed prior to new orders and may be delayed if we're on vacation, need to order supplies necessary to complete your order, are sick or have something important (ie: moving, family emergency, etc) that precedes our ability to paint orders.
- If the project time listed on this website has not been updated (because we're overwhelmed with orders), the new time-frame provided in your Confirmation Email will supersede this date.
- Some Promotions and/or Giveaways will have different completion dates than what we have listed on our Current Time Frame Page, so please be aware of what they are when placing your order. A confirmation email will be sent directly from us indicating the time-frame that applies to your order that will supersede other time-frames that may be listed on our website or automatically generated emails that are emailed directly after you have placed your order. If you have any questions regarding your current time frame, please contact us. If you would like to know what our current time frames are for orders that are not under a Promotion, please refer to our Current Time Frame page.
We try very hard to accommodate Due Dates and Baby Shower dates whenever possible even if it means bumping your order ahead by a week or two. However, we can only do this for a couple/few orders each month so that it does not affect orders that have come in earlier and we are able to keep the momentum going on current orders.
EXPEDITED SERVICES
We're here for you when you need your items quickly! If you can't wait for your order and you need it 'yesterday', we can help! Rushing Your Order will GUARANTEE that your order will be placed at the top of our Project Report to be completed as soon as possible.
SHIPPING INFORMATION & RATES
Shipping charges are determined based on the total amount of your order. These rates apply only to orders shipped within the contiguous 48 United States. USPS is our standard carrier and most packages are shipped via Priority mail. Express Shipping (2 Day, or overnight) is available upon request for an additional fee. We are not responsible for rushed packages if they are provided to the shipping company on time but they arrive late due to unforeseen circumstances and delivery delays that are out of our control. INSURING YOUR PACKAGES
Insuring your packages is SO important!Insurance is offered to everyone and is highly recommended for your protection as we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels once they leave our studio. Should your insured parcel not arrive safely to its destination, you will then have the benefit of receiving a replacement from Green Meadow Lane or a refund via USPS insurance should it be necessary. This will only apply to you if you purchase USPS Insurance.
Shipping fees do not include insurance as this is an optional service. If you would like your items to ship insured (and we highly recommend that you do this), you can add the appropriate fee to your shopping cart while adding other items to your cart. RETURNS/REFUNDS
Green Meadow Lane is committed to courteous service and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you would like to cancel your art and/or decor order, and we have not begun your artwork, we will gladly issue you a refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 days of your request.
All requests must be approved by Green Meadow Lane prior to being returned, and conform to the policies outlined below.
· All returns on non-personalized art/decor and items that were not custom made/painted must be in their original and new condition, and include all original shipping material to protect the item(s) while being delivered back to us in order to receive a full refund or exchange. If we determine that an item has been used, damaged, or packaged improperly and damage has occurred during shipping as a result of poor packaging, the customer will be subject to a 50% restocking fee, or the package will be returned at the customer’s expense depending on the amount of damage. We highly recommend that you insure packages being returned to us.
· Returns cannot be accepted on personalized or custom designed special orders or sale items. If these are returned, they will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
· If you received free shipping or discounts on the original sale, and the item is returned, you will receive a credit with actual shipping costs and discounts taken out.
· We are not responsible for packages if they are provided to the shipping company on time but they arrive late due to unforeseen circumstances and delivery delays that are out of our control. Therefore, refunds or discounts will not be accepted.
· There are no refunds for web art, graphics, web illustrations or web templates.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
I want your experience with me to be enjoyable and exciting, and I will do my very best to make sure that you are happy. If at any point in time I feel that you are less than courteous and respectful, I will refund your order in full and we will part ways.
PROPERTY RIGHTS
The elements of design work for the project remain the property of Green Meadow Lane whether or not the project is executed. This means, you own your finished product but we reserve the rights to the 'ingredients' used to create your images including fonts, patterns, Green Meadow Lane's stock art, textures and shapes. Exclusive rights to website (web) images may be purchased by the client for an additional fee above the design fee. If client chooses to terminate the website at any time in the future, Green Meadow Lane reserves the right to retain the rights for usage. All graphics, illustrations, images, templates, work of art, designs and and/all intellectual property is NOT for resale, no exceptions. All copyrights are reserved. Duplication is prohibited.
DESIGN CREDITS
The client agrees to place a small credit on printed material, exhibition displays, advertisements and/or a link to Green Meadow Lane’s website. This will usually be in the form of a small logo or line of text placed towards the bottom of the page. For example: WebArt by Green Meadow Lane, Logo by Green Meadow Lane, or Web Design by Green Meadow Lane. In the case of digital illustrations & graphics, credit must be given where asked. Should a derivative work be based on illustrations by Green Meadow Lane must be credited if asked for credits at all.
The client also agrees to allow Green Meadow Lane to place impressions of websites and other designs, along with the link to the client's site, on Green Meadow Lane's website for demonstration purposes, and to use any designs in its own publicity. Removal of any design credits will incur a fee at the discretion of Green Meadow Lane, payable within 7 days of invoice.
All concepts, comprehensives, or other preliminary materials, which are not selected by the Client or are not included in the final delivery, remain the full property of GreenMeadowLane.com. All original concepts, art, and drawings remain the property of Green Meadow Lane and the Owners of Green Meadow Lane retains the right to display artwork in portfolio and advertising materials. Email communication from client appropriate as testimonial verbiage may be posted on GreenMeadowLane.com .
DISCLAIMER
Green Meadow Lane makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, for any and all projects and/or services that it supplies. Green Meadow Lane is not responsible for any loss, or consequential loss of data, or non-delivery of projects or services, of whatever cause. While we take reasonable steps to investigate the materials we recommend, we accept no responsibility for the performance or quality of materials or any consequential loss arising from their failure. The client agrees not to hold Green Meadow Lane for any such loss or damage. Any claim against Green Meadow Lane shall be limited to the relevant fee(s) paid by the client. Green Meadow Lane reserves the right to use the services of sub-contractors, agents and suppliers and any work, content, services and usage is bound by their Terms and Conditions. Green Meadow Lane will not knowingly perform and actions to contravene these and the client also agrees to be so bound.
GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions supersede any previous Terms and Conditions distributed in any form. Green Meadow Lane reserves the right to change any rates and any of the Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.
