Let Us Make Your Birthday Celebration Special!

Please allow 6 to 8 weeks from the time we receive your registration for your child(ren) to be enrolled to receive a birthday greeting. A birthday card is mailed to your home during the month of your child's birthday and the special offer may be redeemed by the end of the birthday month.


Certain restrictions apply to offer. The Green Meadow Lane Birthday Club is open to children ages 10 and under who are residents of the United States. Must be parent or legal guardian of child(ren) to sign up with the program. Green Meadow Lane reserves the right to discontinue this program and all associated offers at any time.
