Insuring your packages is SO important!
Insurance is offered to everyone and is highly recommended for your protection as we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels once they leave our studio.

After you have completed your shopping and all of your items are in your shopping cart, review the table below to obtain the appropriate coverage rate to add to your cart for insurance coverage. For example, if your shopping cart total is $225 then the fee for shipping insurance would be $4.75.


Filing An Insurance Claim For Lost Or Damaged Items
Should your parcel not arrive safely to its destination you will then have the benefit of filing an insurance claim with USPS for your lost or damaged domestic shipment should it be necessary. They will then issue you a refund for the amounts owed for any lost or damaged items. You would then have the option of re-processing your order via credit card right away on our website or you may wait for the refund via USPS to re-process your order. At which point, your order will be considered a Rush Project and will be repainted immediately as we wouldn't want you to wait any longer to receive you beautiful items. This will only apply to you if you purchase USPS Insurance below.
